About Dominick Konsulis

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Dom came to Chattanooga nearly 15 years ago to attend Lee University — and quickly fell in love with the people and community that now feel like home. His passion for connecting with others naturally led him to a career in real estate, where his genuine care and drive to serve have set him apart from day one.

 

Dom hit the ground running, earning Rookie of the Year his very first year in real estate and continuing to rank among the top 20% of local real estate agents ever since. As the main point of contact for The K Team, Dom handles client communication, property showings, and listings with a level of professionalism and dedication that clients consistently appreciate. His goal is simple: to make every step of the buying or selling process smooth, informed, and even enjoyable.

 

When he’s not helping clients (which isn’t often!), Dom enjoys staying active through sports, tending to the animals on the family’s mini farm, and spending time with his wife and kids. His mix of expertise, energy, and heart makes him not just a great real estate agent — but a trusted partner in finding your next home.
